Order Fulfillment
When you place an order with Peaceful Company,
an invoice is immediately sent to the email address you supplied on the
order form. Occasionally an item will be not be in stock; we will notify
you via email and give you the next available shipping date. When your
order ships you will receive an email confirmation from UPS.

will
be
charged
an
additional
$3.95.
Orders
received
after

p.m.
eastern
time
will
be
processed
the

p.m.
eastern
time
Friday,
Saturday,
or
Sunday
will
be
processed
on
Monday
because
UPS
does
not
process
orders
on
the
weekend.
All
orders
are
delivered
Monday
through
Friday
only.
Shipping
Peaceful Company ships to addresses in the 48
States via UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses
or US Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), Alaska
or Hawaii. We ship
UPS Ground, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air. Please
call our offices at 888 732 2315 for all orders that require overnight
shipping.
Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout, based on destination,
weight and dollar total.
Gift Orders
If you would like your item gift wrapped just choose that option and add a gift message. Each gift is wrapped in a recycled kraft brown gift box with paper raffia and a Peaceful Company gift card with handwritten message on the back. Our company mission of sustainability may discourage the use of wrapping gifts, but we understand the need to give gifts that look as good as the gifts they contain.
If you place an order to be sent to someone other than yourself, the recipient will receive the order with a packing slip that does not show dollar total. We will include your email address on correspondence with UPS so you will receive tracking information. Please note that the gift-wrap charge is on a per-item basis, so if you're ordering three items, each of which you'd like wrapped, you'll need to order three units of gift wrap.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. Payments received by personal check will be shipped after your check has cleared.
If you would like to place an order via check or money order, please send your payment along with your "Ship To" address and phone number to the address below. Don't forget to add the appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed outside the state of Connecticut require no tax.)

Tax
A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to Connecticut addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside Connecticut. This includes orders placed by Connecticut residents for non-Connecticut residents.
Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that you are not completely happy with.
Items should be returned to A Peaceful Company within 15 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the following address:

We promptly refund your credit card on receipt of the returned items or will exchange the item per your request. If an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
Mailing List
If you place an order, you are automatically added to our Mailing List. If you would not like to be added please send us an email to have your information removed. We never share your personal information with anyone for any reason.
Catalog
At the current time we don't have a full-length catalogue. Our product selection can best be viewed online, where our product stock is constantly updated.
Product Submission

Wholesale Ordering
We do not sell wholesale at the present time. We are strictly an online and mail-order retail storefront.
